“Ingredients” is a film that explores the emerging local food movement in which community, food-safety and flavor combine to empower us to create a healthier, more sustainable model for living and eating well.
After the documentary, Jon Thomforde, manager of the premier organic vegetable grower on the west coast of Florida, Lady Moon Farms, will address what is happening in the Venice community. Lady Moon provides Garden in a Box, a weekly delivery or pick-up of vegetables.
