Early Bird Nature Walk

Join Sarasota County Parks Naturalist, Jennifer Rogers, for an early bird nature walk through upland scrub at Shamrock Park. Guests will learn about scrub habitat and have a chance at seeing the resident Florida scrub jays. Participants should wear appropriate shoes for walking on both paved and sandy trails. Recommended items to bring are camera, binoculars, bird and/or Florida field guide, water, insect repellent, and sun protection. Meet on the deck at the Shamrock Park Environmental Center.
