Lunch and Learn

Join Sarasota County Parks Naturalists, Jennifer Rogers and Ed Wolfenbarger, for a "lunch and learn" nature topic talk at Shamrock Park on Thursday, February 2, 2012, from 12:15 1 p.m. The nature topic talk will be about Florida's scrub jays. Participants are encouraged to bring a bag lunch to enjoy during the program. Meet at the picnic tables in the pavilion behind the playground. Program may include a short walk after the talk to look for scrub jays. If participants are interested in the walk, we recommend participants wear appropriate shoes for walking on sandy trails.
