WHO WE ARE:
FlavaFitness Studio is a contract free, pay as you go, dance & fitness studio that offers a more positive atmosphere for those who desire a fun alternative to traditional fitness classes and facilities. As opposed to the pressures of traditional weight loss programs where the focus is on eliminating negative behaviors and habits, FFS focuses on the positive achievements of its members. Building self-esteem and "self-love" is the primary goal in all classes and members are encouraged to accept their current state in a positive manner as a foundation and starting point for their goals in improving their health. Members are taught that obtaining good physical health begins with a good mental health. The programs offered at FFS provide a doorway to better health for those who are inactive and normally intimidated or uncomfortable in traditional fitness environments. With the family atmosphere, unity, and personal touch found at FFS, members are motivated and inspired to continually grow and push themselves without feeling like failures from any limitations or challenges.

To provide a facility where people can be motivated and inspired to become more physically active while having fun and improving their self-esteem. To provide quality instructors to challenge participants to reach and surpass their own personal goals. To provide unique programs that will allow participants to experience various forms of movements inspired by multiple cultures. To provide a community and comraderie to encourage members to pursue happiness, goals and dreams.
