George M. Steinbrenner Field

George M. Steinbrenner Field, formerly known as Legends Field, is a baseball stadium located in Tampa, Florida. The stadium was built in 1996 and holds 11,000+ people. George M. Steinbrenner Field is the Spring Home to the New York Yankees (February & March) and also serves as home to the Tampa Yankees, the Class A Advanced affiliate of the New York Yankees.

The dimensions of the field precisely mimic that of Yankee Stadium. Outside of the stadium are plaques commemorating Yankees whose numbers have been retired.
