Gluten-Free food sampling from local and national vendors. Educational workshops. Nationally known speakers including Mrs. USA, Shannon Ford. Goodie Bags and Raffle Baskets. Event is to raise awareness of Celiac disease and Gluten Intolerance. Your non-perishable Gluten-Free food donations are requested by the Gluten Free Friends of Tampa at this expo for their food pantry at Metropolitan Ministries Tampa.
