Life Care Center of Sarasota specializes in short-term physical rehabilitation and offers therapies including physical therapy, occupational thearpy, and speech therapy. In addition to top notch therapists we have a highly educated and skilled nursing team to assist our patients with a speedy recovery and return to home. In addition to our inpatient rehab services we offer an outpatient rehab clinic. Life Care Center of Sarasota has received the following honors: 2004 AHCA Bronze Quality Award Winner, 2010 AHCA Silver Quality Award Winner, Accredited by the Joint Commission since 2002, The Senior Executive Director received the President's Award in 2008 and the Chairman's Award in 2010 for Life Care Centers of America, and the medical director, Dr. Chris Gelvin, was recognized as the company wide medical director in 2009.
