The Suncoast Center for Independent Living, Inc. (SCIL) is a non-profit, non-residential community agency that facilitates a better quality of life, independence and productivity for people with disabilities. The Suncoast Center for Independent Living (SCIL) provides a variety of free programs and services to help individuals with disabilities to achieve their greatest possible level of independence.
