5K to benefit Sarasota Youth Opera. Race begins at 8 a.m. Also a one-mile Fun walk at 8:30 a.m. Register online through Nov. 13 at www.active.com. or register at the park on the day of the race. $20 entry fee through Nov. 13. $25 race entry fee on day of the race. $10 donation for one-mile fun walk. All runners will receive goodie bag, T-shirt, and post-run snacks.
