Edible and Medicinal Plants

Learn about edible and medicinal plants found in our local area. This theme is found in Sarasota County Library System's One Book, One Community book "The Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins.

The program presenter is Annemarie Post, Extension Agent for Environmental Horticulture Florida-Friendly Landscaping Program, USF/IFAS Sarasota County Extension. Her presentation will be about 45 minutes, followed by a 15-minute Q&A. Post will make references to the book "The Hunger Games."
