Living Smart free diabetes health fair

Living Smart Diabetes Self Management Program will be holding its ninth
free annual diabetes health fair on Saturday, November 12, 2011 from 9:30am -
1:00 pm at St. James Episcopal Church Parish Hall, 1365 Viscaya Drive, Port Charlotte 33952.

The public is invited to join us for free eye, hearing and foot screenings
and learn about cooking, insulin pumps, pen devices and more. There will be great
door prizes and many diabetes related products.
