Plant City Pig Jam

The winners from Pig Jam will earn trophies and prize money. Conducted under the rules of the Kansas City Barbecue Society, certified barbecue judges in blind taste tests will select the best barbecue in several areas. Pig Jam guests will be able to sample some of the country's best barbecue ribs, pork, beef brisket and chicken. Admission is free; parking is $5 per vehicle.
