Community Pharmacy of Sarasota County, Inc. - Main Office

The Community Pharmacy assists uninsured and under-insured Sarasota County residents in obtaining their routine prescription medications and medical supplies. Apply in person or download an application at www.cpsarsaota.org. Bring photo ID, tax return, proof of income and prescription bottles.

On-site free community pharmacy is open on Wednesdays from 9am to 1pm to fill specific prescriptions at no charge to qualified Sarasota County residents. Additionally, the pharmacy has over the counter Items available to residents in need. Items include: Tylenol, cold and cough medicine, diabetic testing supplies, pediatric medicines, bandages, etc. The pharmacy does not stock or dispense any narcotics or controlled substances, No cash on premises.

The Community Pharmacy accepts donations of professional pharmacuetical samples from area physicians. Community volunteers are needed and training is provided.
