The southern end of the Tom Adams Bridge has a wonderful fishing pier. It's a historic location, as it is part of the former bridge structure that was left in place for fishermen to use. It's named after Bill Anger, a former Charlotte County Commissioner who loved fishing so much his tombstone in the Lemon Bay Cemetary is a stone mullet boat.
