About Clearwater Community Volunteers: In 1994 Clearwater Community Volunteers was founded with the purpose of helping to create a better community for all citizens of the City of Clearwater and Pinellas County. CCV has raised money, food and toys for family and children’s charities such as the Boys & Girls Club, Everybody’s Tabernacle’s Homeless Emergency Project, the Red Cross, Victims of Katrina and Winter Wonderland.
CCV is a 501 (C) (3) tax exempt organization, and since 1994 has produced many annual charitable events to help families and children, including the Easter Egg Hunt in Coachman Park, the Say No to Drugs Holiday Classic race, the Fashions With Flair Charity Fashion Show and Silent Auction held at the Fort Harrison Hotel, and Winter Wonderland in downtown Clearwater. Winter Wonderland donates food and toys to the Red Cross and Everybody’s Tabernacle. CCV is a strong supporter of scouting organizations, artist development groups, cultural associations and city redevelopment promotions.
We invite your participation, whether you are an individual or an organization. We work hard, have lots of fun, and feel great with the knowledge that we’ve brightened the lives of less fortunate families and children in our area.
