The Clearwater Downtown Development Board’s Sixth Annual Clearwater Pet Festival will bring some of the community’s most competitive pets, owners and animal lovers to Clearwater’s Cleveland Street District, March 26 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Come on down to Cleveland Street between East and Fort Harrison avenues and bring your furry friend for puppy races and a pet parade with prizes for various categories. Pet supply vendors, local animal services and animal rescue groups will be on hand, Clearwater’s K-9 teams and animal trainers will demonstrate their expertise. Pick up a specially marked card to have stamped at each merchant display and return your completed card to be entered in a drawing for a 3-day, 2-night stay at the Holiday Inn and Suites on Clearwater Beach.
