TBIN Level 1: TBIN Basics 2/22

This is a first come, first serve only training for the TBIN 5.0 system. This is offered to providers who have a current license with 2-1-1 Tampa Bay Cares, Inc. and are actively entering into TBIN. The training will last approx 3.5 hours. It will give an overview of the new system, how to search for and enter new clients in the ClientPoint module for both families and individuals. The training will also cover new functions and workflow and how to enter simple service transactions and referrals. The goal is to have all attendees ready for real time data entry after the training. All attendees will need to complete a test with in 5 days of training to confirm their knowledge and readiness. This training will be instructed by Jennifer Copeland, TBIN Program Coordinator.
