Since 1923 The Salvation Army has served the needs of our struggling neighbors in Manatee County. Through compassion and encouragement we provide understanding and opportunity to those in need. Through the kindess of our community we provide hope as we journey with those who are lost. Our mission is to serve without prejudice as we believe "there is no reward equal to that of doing the most good to the most people in the most need"! (Evangeline Booth, 1919)
