Bayshore Animal Hospital/A.C.E. (Animal Care Education)

Bayshore Animal Hospital in conjunction with Jenny Henry, former Bird of Prey and Wildlife Curator at the Sarasota Zoo, will commence Animal Care Education (A.C.E.) for children between 8 and 11 years old on Saturday’s from 2 PM – 6 PM ($30.00 per session). This program is for those with an interest in learning about and helping animals. Meet the animal residents (Hunter, the Greyhound, Ella, the cat, Hanna, the raccoon, Armon, the armadillo, and more) and learn about x-rays, microscopes, medical instruments, wildlife care, animal first aid, toxic plants and foods and other interesting information aimed at this age group.
