Century 21 Alliance

Century 21 Alliance will be sponsoring a Home Retention and First Time Buyer Event. The date is Tuesday October 27, 2009. It will be held from 4pm until 8pm. Catholic Charities and the Manatee Community Agency will be answering questions for home owners and issues in relation to foreclosure, short sales and retaining homes in this changing market.
In addition, Real Estate Financing and Consumer Advocate Professionals will be on hand to answer questions and discuss the home buying process and financing options for first time home buyers. The $8,000 tax credit and its deadline will be discussed. They will help Sellers with market trends and conditions that affect the sale of their properties. Also, concerns about financing and market conditions in the "Tight Money" market will be addressed.
This event is free to the public and all are invited to attend this informative and relaxed event at Century 21 Alliance's Office, 6207 Cortez Rd. W. Bradenton, Florida.
