Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Day is October 24th and Center of Integrated Medicine, LLC is celebrating by offering a Wellness Screening valued at $150 for free during the month of October. Only 20 complimentary appointments will be made for the wellness screenings comprised of a Pulse Diagnosis Test and a Tongue Exam. Pulse Diagnosis is able to identify in the body the location of decreased circulation, determine a disease process and monitor a course of treatment by palpating the radial artery of the wrist. The Tongue Exam reveals the location, strength, and nature of health problems. Wellness screenings will be conducted by board certified Doctor of Oriental Medicine and Acupuncturist, Dr. Owen Marron.
Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Day is a national health observance and was designed to increase public awareness on the benefits of this 3,000 year old system of health. Oriental Medicine is widely used and recognized throughout the world and is endorsed by the National Institutes of Health and the World Health Organization. Some of the conditions that acupuncture and oriental medicine can help with are pain management, headaches, cancer care, PMS, menopause, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, insomnia, allergies, ED, and sinus problems.
The Center of Integrated Medicine, LLC is a full service acupuncture clinic and herbal pharmacy. All services are provided by Florida licensed, board certified Doctors of Oriental Medicine and Acupuncturist Physicians Owen Marron and Kurt Wick who are trained in herbal prescription, western medical assessments and traditional Chinese medicine.
