With a community pool, spa, and a community deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the resort has all the amenities one could wish for with the added benefits of a private, un-crowded hideaway. All bookings will incur a reservation processing fee equal to 5 percent of rental amount plus tax. Additionally, a damage waiver is required. For stays 2-3 nights USD 25 plus tax. For stay 4 nights or more, USD 50 plus tax. Check in at on-site office. Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is at 11am.
